Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Vastuvyom, we aim to provide valuable knowledge through our online courses and digital content related to Vastu Shastra. Since our products are in the form of digital goods and services, we follow a transparent and fair refund and cancellation policy, as outlined below.
1. Digital Products
Our courses, consultations, and downloadable materials are delivered digitally. Once access is granted or the material is downloaded, the product is considered delivered and consumed.
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- If you are unable to access the course due to a technical issue from our side, and we are unable to resolve it within 5 business days of your complaint.
- If you are charged more than once for the same course due to a payment gateway error.
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of understanding or disagreement with the course content
- If the course has been partially or fully accessed/viewed
- For services such as Vastu consultation once the slot is confirmed or consultation is delivered
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Once a course is purchased or access is granted, cancellation is not allowed as the course content is considered delivered.
- For live consultation bookings, cancellations are accepted only if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- No cancellations will be entertained after the consultation has started or the time has lapsed.
